For the past thirty years I have watched individuals run for elected office on campaign promises that, in most cases, are forgotten about the moment the person is sworn into office. Once elected these Politicians do very little of what they had promised while on the campaign trail and in some instances the complete opposite. Moreover, when these same elected officials are called on the carpet by their constituents for not honoring their campaign promises or ignoring their constituents wishes they resort to double-talk, smoke-and-mirrors, duck-and-dodge, deflection, and uttering platitudes.

Pondering this current state of affairs I wondered from where did a great many these politicians receive their qualifications to lead our city, county, state, and country. The only answer that I could come up with is that there is a school that educates these politicians in a curriculum of double-talk, smoke-and-mirrors, duck-and-dodge, deflection, and rhetorical mumbo jumbo. A Politician University™ where the motto is “Lie, Cheat, Steal”. Like other institutions of higher learning this University is represented by its own Coat of Arms which represents what this University is all about. Considering the current state of Chicago Politics and the national reputation that Chicago Politics holds, naturally the main campus of this University is located in Chicago, Illinois. It is from here that its alumni have reached the pinnacles of city, county, state, and national politics.

To show the world what Chicago Politics are all about the University has emblazoned its Coat of Arms on tee shirts so that all can see from where these politicians have learned to ply their trade.
